SHIPPING

We ship our glasses worldwide, at any part of the world via DHL. The processing time is subject to the type of your order and the destination of the delivery, however your purchase should be delivered within 10 business days starting from the order placement. Based on your shipping address VAT and Import taxes will might be applied by the country's custom.

PAYMENT

You can purchase your order by credit or debit card, as well by using your PayPal account.

PLACE AN ORDER

Once you choose the frame you like, select whether you need prescription or not. Here you have the choice of three different types of glasses: prescription, sun + prescription or non-prescription glasses. For ordering the prescription glasses, you have to choose between prescription glasses or reading glasses, you are given few options to fulfil your order. We want to make it easier for you to purchase your favourite frame, and if you hesitate about you prescription, you can send us a scan of it for further fulfilment to info@rossandbrown.com

To add the purchase, simply press “Add to bag” button. When checking out, you are asked to fulfil your shipping address, please make sure you indicate your correct address and phone number.

PRESCRIPTIONS

The premium RX lenses go with every prescription order. As well we provide you an opportunity to make sunglasses with prescription. You may choose either you want single vision lenses or progressive ones. We also recommend you to clarify cylindrical, axis and pupillary distance (PD). If you hesitate about you prescription, you can send us a scan of it for further fulfilment to info@rossandbrown.com

LENSES

We possess all standard certificates to guarantee the highest quality of the lenses, such as CE and FDA certificates. All our sun lenses are polycarbonate CR-39 lenses and go with UV 400 protection and anti-scratch coating. On your inquiry, we make sunglasses with prescription, you may choose from our optical selection by adding the type of the glasses “sun+optical”.

FRAMES

We provide you the highest - quality cellulose acetate frames, which is broadly used by all top brands for creating their eyewear. This material possesses good plasticity; it is pleasant to the touch and gives huge opportunities for creation of frames of the most various shapes and coloring. We also apply this material to creation of "wood effect". All Ross & Brown frames are hand-finished and passed four times polishing procedure. The production of frames is run in China under the quality control department of Ross & Brown, thus guaranteeing the constant control of the manufacture and the standards of the working process.
