Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Depending on your location, the shipping time may take 2-4 working days for Europe and 4-10 working days to the rest of the world.
For orders under 90€ shipping fees apply:
European Union: 20€
Other European countries: 25€
Rest of the world: 30€
For extra EU countries prices don't include import fees and taxes, which must be paid upon delivery, if required by customs.
Once your order has been carefully packed and picked up by DHL from the Ross & Brown Warehouse, we will let you know via a shipping confirmation email. Here you can find all information regarding your order, such as tracking number and status of your shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your newly purchased products, you have the right to return it within 30 days according to our terms and conditions for all orders placed within the European Union. For every return within the EU via DHL there will be a 15€ service charges. For all orders received from all other countries exchanges and returns will not be possible nor accepted.
Please send an email to info@rossandbrown.com within 30 days from the day you receive the products and we will contact you within 24 hours in order to arrange the return procedures.
