If by any chance you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, whether it is prescription or sun eyewear, please send your complaint to info@rossandbrown.com within 30 days from the day you receive the glasses, and we will contact you within 24 hours in order to verify the problem and offer the best possible alternative way to exchange or return the product.
